We are a small neighborhood community with a current total of 83 platted lots which include 38 completed homes and plans for additional homes coming soon. La Ventana also includes a 9.4 acre and an 11.88 acre property that are undeveloped.
Communications:
All communications are sent to each property owner by group email including news updates, notice of future meetings with location and/or details to participate by phone and minutes following meetings. A Neighborhood Directory is available to all owners which provides all contact information for those in our community.
Fees:
Our current assessments are $150 quarterly. Invoices are sent per email unless paper invoices are requested. Payment may be made electronically by contacting our bookkeeper.
There is a PID which is $35 yearly on undeveloped lots until a certificate of occupancy is issued for the lot. The total after building is the original $8,250 minus any fees paid prior to building. The PID is managed by ( P3 Works, www.p3works.com 817-393- 0353 ) who can be contacted with any questions about current balances. The POA has no association with the PID.

Waterpark: All La Ventana properties that have paid the onetime waterpark access and use fee of $3,500 on their lot have access to the waterfront property. See waterpark documents.
